If you are finding life stressful and feel unfulfilled and stuck I can help you to find your way out. Often people live their lives to the opinions of others and so are unhappy and unfulfilled. When you find your own truth and live your own life everything changes and ultimately you free yourself from the invisible cage that binds you. I will help you get to the root of your unhappiness, quickly and painlessly - without talking over and over about what happened and the whys and wherefores. Talking over and over about a negative situation only serves to reinforce it. I combine my knowledge and experience with my intuitive awareness and inner knowing as to what you need at any given time in order to heal.

My Intuitive Guidance sessions aka Spiritual Psychotherapy incorporate the following:

Knowing yourself, find your truth
Overcoming your fears
Finding acceptance – of yourself and others. Acceptance brings peace.
Finding forgiveness – for yourself and others.
Letting go – of all past hurts and troubles.
Trusting – yourself and others.
Mindfulness – practicing mindfulness will further enable you to harness your true inner power.
Love – yourself and others. Once you have achieved all of the above then you are ready to begin to love yourself – love yourself first then others will follow. Love is the most powerful entity in the entire Universe. Love heals – everything.

These will usually incorporate a minimum of six sessions and a maximum of twelve sessions. This is of course flexible and can be fewer or more.

Each session is of one hour in duration and exchange is £45.

I am certified in Life Coaching, Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am also a Reiki Master healer, teacher and professional psychic. I have been in business for 15 years, helping others to heal and guiding them to their true path in life. I have always offered some intuitive guidance to my clients and began offering this as a separate service two years ago. Thus far outcomes have exceeded my expectations. For this reason and also due to demand I am now offering these sessions via video to people further afield who are unable to come and see me in person.
