Are you finding life stressful?  Do you feel like there are just not enough hours in the day? Are little things beginning to annoy you?  Whenever you experience tension in your day to day life then this tension if not resolved, can eventually lead to physical illness, dis – ease.  . All dis –ease and pain stems from stress and the resulting tension within the physical body. I use the term ‘dis-ease’ because that is exactly what tension is, it is unease. Whenever you are doing something that you are not happy doing then you get tension. Whenever you feel negative emotion e.g. anger, grief or fear then you get tension. The part of the body affected by any tension is dependent on the issue that is causing you to feel that tension. 

A Reiki Healing will incorporate Body Mirror System of Healing. The latter relates to enabling people to gain an insight and awareness of what it is in their everyday lives that is creating the tension which has resulted in the dis-ease as discussed above. When you come to me for a Healing your consultation will include discussion around the underlying cause of any pain or illness from this perspective. This will then empower you to change your situation, or how you deal with that situation, in order to alleviate any further tension thus reducing the chance of the health issue recurring. During the healing itself all tension blockages are removed and cleared. Hence when this is done alongside the awareness of the cause of the tension then you are less likely to experience any recurrence. As a colour therapist I also compliment my healings with the use of colour and crystals, making for a powerful and effective healing experience.

Reiki Taster sessions - if you have never tried Reiki before you can have a 20 minute taster session for just £10 any Thursday between 9.30am and 4.30pm.  Just contact me to book.

Distant Healing

If you would like to experience the benefits of a Reiki Healing combined with Body Mirror System of Healing and Colour Healing but you live too far away to come to me in person, you can purchase a distant healing.  A distant healing may also be purchased for a loved one as long as the recipient is agreeable to receiving healing.  You can find more information on how distant healing works at the bottom of my Reiki page here To book your distant healing please use the secure Paypal button below. Please submit the name, date of birth and location of the recipient. Thank you.  Cost is just £20 and healing will be of around 30 minutes duration.  The healing will be done within 48 hours of payment and you will be advised via email as to when.
